Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance:

(a) pursuant to subsections 10(1) and (5) of the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board Act, reappoints Heather Munroe-Blum, O.C., O.Q., of Montréal, Quebec, as a director of the board of directors of the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board, to hold office during good behaviour for a term ending October 6, 2020; and

(b) after consultation with the board of directors of the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board and the appropriate provincial Ministers of the participating provinces, pursuant to subsection 12(1) of the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board Act, designates Heather Munroe-Blum, O.C., O.Q., as Chairperson of the board of directors of the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board, to hold office during good behaviour for a term ending October 6, 2020.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Finances, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil :

a) en vertu des paragraphes 10(1) et (5) de la Loi sur l’Office d’investissement du régime de pensions du Canada, renouvelle le mandat de Heather Munroe-Blum, O.C., O.Q., de Montréal (Québec), administratrice du conseil d’administration de l’Office d’investissement du régime de pensions du Canada, à titre inamovible pour une période se terminant le 6 octobre 2020;

b) après consultation avec le conseil d’administration de l’Office d’investissement du régime de pensions du Canada et avec les ministres provinciaux compétents des provinces participantes et en vertu du paragraphe 12(1) de la Loi sur l’Office d’investissement du régime de pensions du Canada, désigne Heather Munroe-Blum, O.C., O.Q., au poste de présidente du conseil d’administration de l’Office d’investissement du régime de pensions du Canada, à titre inamovible pour une période se terminant le 6 octobre 2020.
