Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to subsection 9(1) of the Bank of Canada Act, approves the appointment by the Minister of Finance of Debora Bielecki of Toronto, Ontario, to be a director of the Board of Directors of the Bank of Canada, to hold office during good behaviour for a term ending February 29, 2020, in the place of Wesley (Wes) Scott, whose term has expired.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Finances et en vertu du paragraphe 9(1) de la Loi sur la Banque du Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve la nomination par le ministre des Finances de Debora Bielecki, de Toronto (Ontario), administratrice du conseil d’administration de la Banque du Canada, à titre inamovible pour un mandat se terminant le 29 février 2020, en remplacement de Wesley (Wes) Scott dont le mandat a pris fin.
