Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Health, pursuant to subsection 226(1) of the Cannabis Act, chapter 16 of the Statutes of Canada, 2018, fixes October 17, 2018 as the day on which that Act, other than sections 160.1, 161, 188 to 193, 193.1, 194, 199 to 202, 206 and 225, comes into force.

Sur recommandation de la ministre de la Santé et en vertu du paragraphe 226(1) de la Loi sur le cannabis, chapitre 16 des Lois du Canada (2018), Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil fixe au 17 octobre 2018 la date d’entrée en vigueur de cette loi, a l’exception des articles 160.1, 161, 188 à 193, 193.1, 194, 199 à 202, 206 et 225.
