Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of National Defence, pursuant to section 165.28 of the National Defence Act, designates Lieutenant-Colonel Louis-Vincent d’Auteuil, a military judge, to be the Deputy Chief Military Judge.
