The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, advises that Ivan Robichaud, of the City of Shippagan, in the Province of New Brunswick, one of Her Majesty’s counsel learned in the law, be appointed a Judge of the Court of Queen’s Bench of New Brunswick, Trial Division, and a Judge ex officio of the Court of Appeal of New Brunswick.

Sur recommandation de la ministre de la Justice, le Comité du Conseil privé recommande qu’Ivan Robichaud, de la ville de Shippagan dans la province du Nouveau-Brunswick, l’un des conseillers juridiques de Sa Majesté, soit nommé juge de la Cour du Banc de la Reine du Nouveau-Brunswick, Division de première instance, et membre d’office de la Cour d’appel du Nouveau-Brunswick.
