Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, reappoints Mary Lawyer, as Honorary Consul of Canada at Des Moines, Iowa, United States of America, for a period of three years, and fixes her remuneration as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range ($18,000 - $27,000), such appointment to be terminated by either the Minister of Foreign Affairs or Mary Lawyer, giving the other party a sixty-day written notice.
