Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister for International Trade, pursuant to subsection 4(1) of the Export Development Act, approves the appointment by the Minister for International Trade of Andrea Stairs Krishnappa of Toronto, Ontario, to be a director of the Board of Directors of Export Development Canada, to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years, in the place of Vikram Khurana, whose term has expired.

Sur recommandation du ministre du Commerce international et en vertu du paragraphe 4(1) de la Loi sur le développement des exportations, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve la nomination, par le ministre du Commerce international, d’Andrea Stairs Krishnappa, de Toronto (Ontario), administratrice du conseil d’administration d’Exportation et développement Canada, à titre amovible pour un mandat de trois ans, en remplacement de Vikram Khurana dont le mandat a pris fin.
