Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Industry, pursuant to subsections 4(1) and (3) of the Statistics Act, reappoints Anil Arora of Ottawa, Ontario, as Chief Statistician of Canada, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of five years, and fixes his remuneration and certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range GCQ 9 ($265,300 - $312,100).

Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Industrie et en vertu des paragraphes 4(1) et (3) de la Loi sur la statistique, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil renouvelle le mandat d’Anil Arora, d’Ottawa (Ontario), statisticien en chef du Canada, à titre inamovible pour une période de cinq ans, et fixe sa rémunération et certaines conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle GCQ 9 (265 300 $ – 312 100 $).
