Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, authorizes the Minister of Foreign Affairs to take the actions necessary to bring into force for Canada the Protocol Amending the Agreement on Air Transport between Canada and the European Community and its Member States, to take Account of the Accession to the European Union of the Republic of Croatia.

 

Sur recommandation de la ministre des Affaires étrangères, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil autorise celle-ci à prendre les mesures nécessaires à l’entrée en vigueur pour le Canada du Protocole modifiant l’Accord sur le transport aérien entre le Canada et la Communauté européenne et ses États membres pour tenir compte de l’adhésion à l’Union européenne de la République de Croatie.
