Whereas, pursuant to subsection 18(2) of the Farm Income Protection Act, the Minister of Agriculture and Agri-Food has consulted with each province that is a party to agreements entered into concerning the Canada Production Insurance Regulations on the making of the annexed Regulations;

Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture and Agri-Food, pursuant to subsection 18(1) of the Farm Income Protection Act, makes the annexed Regulations Amending the Canada Production Insurance Regulations (Miscellaneous Program).

Attendu que, conformément au paragraphe 18(2) de la Loi sur la protection du revenu agricole, le ministre de l’Agriculture et de l’Agroalimentaire a consulté les provinces signataires des accords conclus à l’égard du Règlement canadien sur l’assurance production quant à la prise du règlement ci-après,

À ces causes, sur recommandation du ministre de l’Agriculture et de l’Agroalimentaire et en vertu du paragraphe 18(1) de la Loi sur la protection du revenu agricole, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil prend le Règlement correctif visant le Règlement canadien sur l’assurance production, ci-après.
