Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to subsection 3(2) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act, appoints Randolph William Heggart of Ottawa, Ontario, to be a temporary member of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of one year, effective June 18, 2018.
