The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, advises that letters patent under the Great Seal of Canada be issued appointing K. A. Siobhan Monaghan of the City of Toronto, in the Province of Ontario, Barrister-at-law, to be a Judge of the Tax Court of Canada.
