Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration, pursuant to subsections 5(1) and 11(1.01), section 14 and subsection 26(1) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, makes the annexed Regulations Amending the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations (Temporary Resident — Romania).

 

Sur recommandation du ministre de la Citoyenneté et de l’Immigration et en vertu des paragraphes 5(1) et 11(1.01), de l’article 14 et du paragraphe 26(1) de la Loi sur l’immigration et la protection des réfugiés, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil prend le Règlement modifiant le Règlement sur l’immigration et la protection des réfugiés (résidents temporaires — Roumanie), ci-après.
