Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Infrastructure, Communities and Intergovernmental Affairs, after consultation with the board of directors of the Canada Infrastructure Bank, pursuant to section 30 of the Canada Infrastructure Bank Act and section 134 of the Financial Administration Act, appoints BDO Dunwoody LLP of Toronto, Ontario, and the Auditor General of Canada as joint auditors of the Canada Infrastructure Bank for the fiscal year ending on March 31, 2019.

 

Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Infrastructure, des Collectivités et des Affaires intergouvernementales, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil, après consultation du conseil d’administration de la Banque de l’infrastructure du Canada et en vertu de l’article 30 de la Loi sur la Banque de l’infrastructure du Canada et de l’article 134 de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, nomme BDO Dunwoody LLP de Toronto (Ontario) et le vérificateur général à titre de covérificateurs de la Banque de l’infrastructure du Canada pour l’exercice se terminant le 31 mars 2019.
