Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Canadian Heritage, pursuant to paragraph 15(1)(b) of the National Capital Act, approves that the National Capital Commission grant two options to extend an existing lease with Templar Restaurants Inc., operating as The Keg Manor, to occupy a property located at 529 Richmond Road, in Ottawa, as described in Schedule “A” and shown in Schedule “B”, on terms satisfactory to the National Capital Commission, the first extension option to be for a period of seven months beginning on July 1, 2018, and the second to be for a period of five years beginning on February 1, 2019.

 

Sur recommandation de la ministre du Patrimoine canadien et en vertu de l’alinéa 15(1)b) de la Loi sur la capitale nationale, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil donne son accord à l’octroi, par la Commission de la capitale nationale, aux conditions que celle-ci juge satisfaisantes, de deux options de prolongation pour prolonger le bail en cours avec Templar Restaurants Inc., faisant affaire sous la raison sociale The Keg Manor, concernant la propriété située au 529, chemin Richmond, à Ottawa, dont la délimitation figure à l’annexe A et est illustrée à l’annexe B, la première option de prolongation étant de sept mois et commençant le 1^er juillet 2018, et la deuxième étant de cinq ans et commençant le 1^er février 2019.
