Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to section 153 of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, fixes the remuneration and certain conditions of employment of Paul Aterman, full-time member of the Immigration and Refugee Board and Deputy Chairperson of the Immigration Appeal Division (Head Office), for the period he is acting as Chairperson of the Immigration and Refugee Board, as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range GCQ 8 ($230,800 - $271,500), effective January 9, 2018, until such time as a new Chairperson is designated.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu de l’article 153 de la Loi sur l’immigration et la protection des réfugiés, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil fixe la rémunération et certaines conditions d’emploi de Paul Aterman, commissaire à temps plein de la Commission de l’immigration et du statut de réfugié et vice-président de la Section d’appel de l’immigration (siège social) pour la période pendant laquelle il agit à titre de président de la Commission de l’immigration et du statut de réfugié, conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle GCQ 8 (230 800 $ – 271 500 $), à compter du 9 janvier 2018, jusqu’à ce qu’un nouveau président soit désigné.
