Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Labour:

(a) after consultation with the organizations representative of employers, pursuant to paragraph 9(2)(c) and subsections 10(2) and 12(1) of the Canada Labour Code, reappoints Thomas Erskine Frank Brady of Ottawa, Ontario, as a full-time member of the Canada Industrial Relations Board, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of three years; and

(b) pursuant to section 117 of the Canada Labour Code, orders that Thomas Erskine Frank Brady be deemed to be employed in the Public Service for the purposes of the Public Service Superannuation Act;

effective May 29, 2018.

Sur recommandation de la ministre du Travail, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil :

a) après consultation des organisations représentant des employeurs, en vertu de l’alinéa 9(2)c) et des paragraphes 10(2) et 12(1) du Code canadien du travail, reconduit le mandat de Thomas Erskine Frank Brady, d’Ottawa (Ontario), membre à temps plein du Conseil canadien des relations industrielles, à titre inamovible pour une période de trois ans;

b) en vertu de l’article 117 du Code canadien du travail, ordonne que Thomas Erskine Frank Brady soit réputé faire partie de la fonction publique pour l’application de la Loi sur la pension de la fonction publique;

à compter du 29 mai 2018.
