Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Infrastructure, Communities and Intergovernmental Affairs, pursuant to subsections 9(1) and 12(3) of the Canada Infrastructure Bank Act, approves the appointment by the Board of Directors of the Canada Infrastructure Bank of Pierre Lavallée of Toronto, Ontario, to be Chief Executive Officer of the Canada Infrastructure Bank, to hold office during pleasure for a term of five years, and fixes his remuneration and certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range ($510,000 - $600,000), effective June 18, 2018.

Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Infrastructure, des Collectivités et des Affaires intergouvernementales et en vertu des paragraphes 9(1) et 12(3) de la Loi sur la Banque de l’infrastructure du Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve la nomination par le conseil d’administration de la Banque de l’infrastructure du Canada de Pierre Lavallée, de Toronto (Ontario), à titre de premier dirigeant de la Banque de l’infrastructure du Canada, à titre amovible pour un mandat de cinq ans et fixe sa rémunération et certaines conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle (510 000 $ – 600 000 $), à compter du 18 juin 2018.
