Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Health, pursuant to sections 6, 8 and 10 of the Public Health Agency of Canada Act, reappoints Theresa Tam of Ottawa, Ontario, as Chief Public Health Officer, Public Health Agency of Canada, to hold office during pleasure for a term beginning on December 21, 2018 and ending on June 20, 2022, and fixes her remuneration as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range ($226,100 - $265,000).
