Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of International Development, pursuant to subsection 5(3) of the International Development Research Centre Act, appoints Alex Awiti of Nairobi, Kenya, to be a Governor of the Board of Governors of the International Development Research Centre, to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years, effective June 18, 2018.

Sur recommandation de la ministre du Développement international et en vertu du paragraphe 5(3) de la Loi sur le Centre de recherches pour le développement international, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Alex Awiti, de Nairobi (Kenya), gouverneur du Conseil des gouverneurs du Centre de recherches pour le développement international, à titre amovible pour un mandat de trois ans, à compter du 18 juin 2018.
