Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, appoints Caroline Pratte to be Honorary Consul of Canada in Monte Carlo, Principality of Monaco, to hold office during pleasure for a period of three years, and fixes her honorarium at the rate set out in the annexed schedule, which honorarium is within the range ($1,500 - $5,000), such appointment to be terminated by either the Minister of Foreign Affairs or Caroline Pratte, giving the other party a sixty-day written notice.

Sur recommandation de la ministre des Affaires étrangères, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Caroline Pratte, consule honoraire du Canada à Monte Carlo (Principauté de Monaco), à titre amovible pour un mandat de trois ans, et fixe ses honoraires au taux figurant à l’annexe ci-jointe, lesquels honoraires se situent dans l’échelle (1 500 $ – 5 000 $). La ministre des Affaires étrangères ou Caroline Pratte peut mettre fin à la nomination en remettant un avis écrit de soixante jours à l’autre partie.
