Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Employment and Social Development:

(a) pursuant to subsection 7(1) and (3) of the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation Act, re-appoints Evan W. Siddall of Toronto, Ontario, as President of Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation, to hold office during pleasure for a term of two years; and

(b) pursuant to subsection 7(2) of the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation Act, section 108 of the Financial Administration Act and section 7 of the Crown Corporation General Regulations, fixes his remuneration and certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range CEO 7 ($371,200 - $436,700);

effective January 1, 2019.

Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Emploi et du Développement social, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil :

a)   en vertu des paragraphes 7(1) et (3) de la Loi sur la Société canadienne d’hypothèques et de logement, reconduit le mandat d’Evan W. Siddall, de Toronto (Ontario), président de la Société canadienne d’hypothèques et de logement, à titre amovible pour une période de deux ans;

b)   en vertu du paragraphe 7(2) de la Loi sur la Société canadienne d’hypothèques et de logement, de l’article 108 de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques et de l’article 7 du Règlement général sur les sociétés d’État, fixe sa rémunération et certaines conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle CEO 7 (371 200 $ – 436 700 $);

à compter du 1^er janvier 2019.
