Whereas the Minister of Justice reports that the Honourable Margaret McSorley, a judge of the Superior Court of Justice in and for the Province of Ontario, by letter of December 22, 2017, submitted her resignation;

Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, accepts the resignation of the Honourable Margaret McSorley as a Judge of the Superior Court of Justice in and for the Province of Ontario effective April 30, 2018.

Attendu que le rapport de la ministre de la Justice fait état que l’honorable Margaret McSorley, juge de la Cour supérieure de justice de l’Ontario, a remis sa démission par lettre datée du 22 décembre 2017,

À ces causes, sur recommandation de la ministre de la Justice, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil accepte la démission de l’honorable Margaret McSorley comme juge de la Cour supérieure de justice de l’Ontario, laquelle prend effet le 30 avril 2018.
