                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Industry, pursuant to section 56 of the Public Service Staff Relations Act, hereby approves the entry by the National Research Council of Canada into a collective agreement with the Professional Institute of the Public Service of Canada that covers all employees in the Information Services Group and the Translator Group Bargaining Units, which agreement expires on June 20, 2004 and is on the same terms and conditions as the previous collective agreement except for the changes set out in the annexed summary of changes.

                     Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Industrie et en vertu de l’article 56 de la Loi sur les relations de travail dans la fonction publique, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve la conclusion par le Conseil national de recherches du Canada, avec l’Institut professionnel de la fonction publique du Canada d’une convention collective visant tous les employés des unités de négociation du groupe Services d’information et du groupe Traducteurs, laquelle prend fin le 20 juin 2004, aux conditions de la convention collective précédente à l’exclusion des modifications précisées dans le Résumé des changements ci-après.
