Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance:

(a) pursuant to section 3 of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act, appoints Ann Penner of Ottawa, Ontario, to be a temporary member of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of one year; and

(b) pursuant to subsection 10(2) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act, orders that Ann Penner be deemed to be employed in the public service for the purposes of the Public Service Superannuation Act.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Finances, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil :

a) en vertu de paragraphe 3 de la Loi sur le Tribunal canadien du commerce extérieur, nomme Ann Penner, d’Ottawa (Ontario), vacataire du Tribunal canadien du commerce extérieur, à titre inamovible pour un mandat d’un an;

b) en vertu de paragraphe 10(2) de la Loi sur le Tribunal canadien du commerce extérieur, ordonne qu’Ann Penner soit réputé faire partie de la fonction publique pour l’application de la Loi sur la pension de la fonction publique.
