                  Attendu que l’honorable Louise V. Charron, juge de la Cour d’appel de l’Ontario, a demandé, avec l'approbation du juge en chef de cette cour, la permission de s'absenter pour la période allant du 1^er septembre 2003 au 31 mars 2004, en vue de participer au Programme national de bourses universitaires à l'intention des juges,

                  À ces causes, sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice et en vertu de l’alinéa 54(1)b) de la Loi sur les juges, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve que l'autorisation de s'absenter soit accordée à l’honorable Louise V. Charron, pour la période allant du 1^er septembre 2003 au 31 mars 2004.

                  Whereas the Honourable Louise V. Charron, a Judge of the Court of Appeal for Ontario, has requested, with the approval of the Chief Justice of that Court, that she be granted leave of absence from her judicial duties from September 1, 2003 until March 31, 2004, in order to participate in the National Judicial Study Leave Fellowship Program;

                  Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, pursuant to paragraph 54(1)(b) of the Judges Act, hereby approves of leave of absence being granted to the Honourable Louise V. Charron from September 1, 2003 until March 31, 2004.
