Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources,

(a) pursuant to subsection 21(2) of the National Energy Board Act, approves the issuance by the National Energy Board of Amending Orders AO-005-GC-30, AO-001-GC-77 and AO-002-GC-93, substantially in the annexed forms; and

(b) approves the termination of the Memorandum of Agreement between Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Canada and Trans-Canada Pipe Lines Limited made on October 4, 1966 and referred to in Order in Council P.C. 1966-1896 of October 4, 1966.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Ressources naturelles, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil agrée :

a) en vertu du paragraphe 21(2) de la Loi sur l’Office national de l’énergie, la délivrance par l’Office national de l’énergie des ordonnances modificatrices AO-005-GC-30, AO-001-GC-77 et AO-002-GC-93, conformes en substance aux textes ci-joints;

b) la fin du protocole d’entente du 4 octobre 1966 entre Sa Majesté la Reine du chef du Canada et Trans-Canada Pipe Lines Limited, dont il est fait mention dans le décret P.C. 1966-1896 du 4 octobre 1966.
