Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness, pursuant to sections 45.29 and 45.3 of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police Act, appoints Guy Bujold of Ottawa, Ontario, to be interim Chairperson of the Civilian Review and Complaints Commission for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of six months less one day, and fixes his remuneration and certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range GCQ 6, effective March 29, 2018.

Sur recommandation du ministre de la Sécurité publique et de la Protection civile et en vertu des articles 45.29 et 45.3 de la Loi sur la Gendarmerie royale du Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Guy Bujold, d’Ottawa (Ontario), président intérimaire de la Commission civile d’examen et de traitement des plaintes relatives à la Gendarmerie royale du Canada, à titre inamovible pour un mandat de six mois moins un jour, et fixe sa rémunération et certaines conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle GCQ 6, à compter du 29 mars 2018.
