Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources, pursuant to section 10 of the Nuclear Safety and Control Act, appoints Rumina Velshi of Toronto, Ontario, to be a part-time permanent member of the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of five years.
