 Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister for International Trade, pursuant to subsection 12(3) of Invest in Canada Act, appoints Mitchell Garber of Montréal, Quebec to be Chairperson of the board of directors of the Invest in Canada Hub, to hold office during pleasure, on a part-time basis, for a term of three years, effective on the coming into force of sections 442 to 449 of the Budget Implementation Act, 2017, No.1.

Sur recommandation du ministre du Commerce international, en vertu du paragraphe 12(3) de la Loi sur Investir au Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Mitchell Garber, de Montréal (Québec) président du conseil d’administration de Investir au Canada, à titre amovible et à temps partiel, pour un mandat de trois ans, prenant effet à la date d’entrée en vigueur des articles 442 à 449 de la Loi no° 1 d’exécution du budget de 2017.
