Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to sections 43 and 47 of the Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act, appoints Nada Semaan of Ottawa, Ontario, to be Director of the Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre of Canada, to hold office during pleasure for a term of five years, and fixes her remuneration as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range ($192,600 - $226,500), effective March 5, 2018.
