Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to section 3 of the Pilotage Act, approves the appointment by the Minister of Transport of Vasiliki (Billie) Raptis of North Vancouver, British Columbia, to be a member of the Pacific Pilotage Authority, to hold office during pleasure for a term of four years, in the place of Paul Prefontaine, whose term has expired.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et en vertu de l’article 3 de la Loi sur le pilotage, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve la nomination par le ministre des Transports de Vasiliki (Billie) Raptis, de North Vancouver (Colombie-Britannique), membre de l’Administration de pilotage du Pacifique, à titre amovible pour un mandat de quatre ans, en remplacement de Paul Prefontaine dont le mandat a pris fin.
