Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsection 6(1) of the Corrections and Conditional Release Act, appoints Anne Kelly of Ottawa, Ontario, to be Interim Commissioner of Corrections, to hold office during pleasure, until such time as a Commissioner of Corrections is appointed, and fixes her remuneration as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range ($192,600 - $226,500), effective February 5, 2018.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu du paragraphe 6(1) de la Loi sur le système correctionnel et la mise en liberté sous condition, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Anne Kelly, d’Ottawa (Ontario), commissaire du Service correctionnel intérimaire, à titre amovible, jusqu’à ce qu’un commissaire du Service correctionnel soit nommé, et fixe sa rémunération conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle (192 600 $ – 226 500 $), à compter du 5 février 2018.
