Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to section 2 of the Physical Activity and Sport Act,

(a) repeals paragraph (c) of Order in Council P.C. 2017-1110 of August 28, 2017; and

(b) designates the Honourable Kirsty Duncan, a member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada, as the Minister for the purposes of that Act in respect of sport.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu de l’article 2 de la Loi sur l’activité physique et le sport, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil :

a) abroge l’alinéa c) du décret C.P. 2017-1110 du 28 août 2017;

b) charge l’honorable Kirsty Duncan, membre du Conseil privé de la Reine pour le Canada, de l’application de cette loi en ce qui a trait au sport.
