Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Canadian Heritage, pursuant to subsection 15(2) of the National Capital Act and subsection 99(2) of the Financial Administration Act, authorizes the disposal by the National Capital Commission to Her Majesty the Queen in right of Canada of approximately 19 447 m2 of lands as described in the annexed Schedule A and as shown in the annexed Schedule B.
Sur recommandation de la ministre du Patrimoine canadien et en vertu du paragraphe 15(2) de la Loi sur la capitale nationale et du paragraphe 99(2) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, la Gouverneure générale en conseil autorise l’aliénation, par la Commission de la capitale nationale à Sa Majesté la Reine du chef du Canada, d’environ 19 447 m2 de terrains dont la description figure à annexe A et le croquis à l’annexe B.
