Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Public Works and Government Services, pursuant to section 22.1 of the Department of Public Works and Government Services Act, appoints Alexander Adrian Jeglic of Ottawa, Ontario, to be Procurement Ombudsman, to hold office during pleasure for a term of five years, and fixes his remuneration and certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, which remuneration is within the range GCQ 6 ($174,700 - $205,500), effective April 3, 2018.

Sur recommandation de la ministre des Travaux Publics et des Services gouvernementaux et en vertu de l’article 22.1 de la Loi sur le ministère des Travaux publics et des Services gouvernementaux, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Alexander Adrian Jeglic, d’Ottawa (Ontario), ombudsman de l’approvisionnement, à titre amovible pour un mandat de cinq ans, et fixe sa rémunération et certaines conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, laquelle rémunération se situe dans l’échelle GCQ 6 (174 700 $ – 205 500 $), à compter du 3 avril 2018.
