The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, advises that Scott D. Abel, of the City of Brandon, in the Province of Manitoba, Barrister-at-law, be appointed a puisne Judge of Her Majesty’s Court of Queen’s Bench for Manitoba.
