Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice and pursuant to subsection 33(1) of the Nunavut Act, appoints the Honourable Brian J. Scherman, a judge of Her Majesty’s Court of Queen’s Bench for Saskatchewan, as a deputy judge of the Nunavut Court of Justice, to hold office during good behaviour, until attaining the age of seventy-five years.

 

Sur recommandation de la ministre de la Justice et en vertu du paragraphe 33(1) de la Loi sur le Nunavut, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme l’honorable Brian J. Scherman, juge de la Cour du Banc de la Reine de la Saskatchewan, au poste de juge adjoint de la Cour de justice du Nunavut, à titre inamovible, jusqu’à ce qu’il atteigne l’âge de soixante-quinze ans.
