Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources, pursuant to paragraph 58.15(1)(a) of the National Energy Board Act (the Act), designates the Dorsey international power line proposed in Manitoba Hydro’s application regarding the Manitoba-Minnesota Transmission Project as an international power line that is to be constructed and operated under and in accordance with a certificate issued under section 58.16 of the Act.

 

Sur recommandation du ministre des Ressources naturelles et en vertu de l’alinéa 58.15(1)a) de la Loi sur l’Office national de l’énergie (la Loi), Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil précise que la ligne internationale de transport d’électricité Dorsey, proposée par Hydro-Manitoba dans sa demande concernant le projet de transport d’électricité Manitoba-Minnesota, est une ligne dont la construction et l’exploitation sont assujetties à l’obtention du certificat visé à l’article 58.16 de la Loi, ainsi qu’à l’observation de celui-ci.
