Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, sets apart for the use and benefit of the Abegweit First Nation, as an addition to Rocky Point Indian Reserve No. 3 in Prince Edward Island, the land described in the attached schedule, consisting of 0.15 hectare (0.38 acre), excluding mines and minerals.

 

Sur recommandation de la ministre des Affaires indiennes et du Nord canadien, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil met de côté à l’usage et au profit de la Première Nation l’Abegweit, à titre d’ajout à la réserve Rocky Point n^o 3, au l’Île-du-Prince-Édouard, les terres délimitées à l’annexe ci-jointe, lesquelles sont constituées de 0,15 hectare (0,38 acre), mines et minéraux exclus.
