Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Canadian Heritage, pursuant to subsection 3(2) and paragraph 3(4)(c) of the National Capital Act, approves the appointment by the Minister of Canadian Heritage of Michael Foderick of Toronto, Ontario, to be a member of the Board of Directors of the National Capital Commission, to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years, effective December 17, 2017, in the place of Michael Pankiw, whose term will expire.

Sur recommandation de la ministre du Patrimoine canadien et en vertu du paragraphe 3(2) et de l’alinéa 3(4)c) de la Loi sur la capitale nationale, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve la nomination par la ministre du Patrimoine canadien de Michael Foderick, de Toronto (Ontario), commissaire du conseil d’administration de la Commission de la capitale nationale, à titre amovible pour un mandat de trois ans, à compter du 17 décembre 2017, en remplacement de Michael Pankiw dont le mandat prendra fin.
