Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness, pursuant to sections 103, 104 and 153 of the Corrections and Conditional Release Act:

(a) appoints Sylvie N. Blanchet of Dieppe, New Brunswick, as a full-time member of the Parole Board of Canada, to hold office during good behaviour for a period of five years;

(b) designates Sylvie N. Blanchet to be Executive Vice-Chairperson of the Parole Board of Canada; and

(c) fixes her remuneration and certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range GCQ 6 ($174,700 - $205,500);

effective January 3, 2018.

Sur recommandation du ministre de la Sécurité publique et de la Protection civile et en vertu des articles 103, 104 et 153 de la Loi sur le système correctionnel et la mise en liberté sous condition, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil :

a)  nomme Sylvie N. Blanchet, de Dieppe (Nouveau-Brunswick), membre à temps plein de la Commission des libérations conditionnelles du Canada, à titre inamovible pour un mandat de cinq ans;

b)  désigne Sylvie N. Blanchet au poste de première vice-présidente de la Commission des libérations conditionnelles du Canada;

c)  fixe sa rémunération et certaines conditions d’emploi, conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle GCQ 6 (174 700 $ – 205 500 $);

à compter du 3 janvier 2018.
