Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Employment and Social Development and the Minister of Health, pursuant to Order in Council P.C. 2007-281 of March 2, 2007, designates Suzanne Dupuis-Blanchard of Dieppe, New Brunswick, a member of the National Seniors Council, to be Chairperson of the National Seniors Council, to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years.

Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Emploi et du Développement social et de la ministre de la Santé et en vertu du décret C.P. 2007-281 du 2 mars 2007, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil désigne Suzanne Dupuis-Blanchard, de Dieppe (Nouveau-Brunswick), membre du Conseil national des aînés, comme présidente du Conseil national des aînés, à titre amovible pour un mandat de trois ans.
