Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Infrastructure, Communities and Intergovernmental Affairs, after consultation with the board of directors of the Windsor-Detroit Bridge Authority, pursuant to sections 105 and 108 of the Financial Administration Act appoints André Juneau of Ottawa, Ontario, to be Chief Executive Officer of the Windsor-Detroit Bridge Authority on an interim basis, to hold office during pleasure for a term of one year or until such time as a Chief Executive Officer is appointed, whichever occurs first, and fixes his remuneration and certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range CEO 4 ($214,900 - $252,800)

Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Infrastructure, des Collectivités et des Affaires intergouvernementales, après consultation du conseil d’administration de l’Autorité du pont Windsor-Détroit et en vertu des articles 105 et 108 de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme André Juneau, d’Ottawa (Ontario), premier dirigeant de l’Autorité du pont Windsor-Détroit par intérim, à titre amovible pour un mandat d’un an ou jusqu’à ce qu’un premier dirigeant soit nommé, selon la première de ces éventualités, et fixe sa rémunération et certaines conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle CEO 4 (214 900 $ – 252 800 $).
