                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Human Resources Development, pursuant to paragraph 33(1)(c) of the Parliament of Canada Act, hereby authorizes the trip to Sainte-Émélie-de-l’Énergie, Quebec, undertaken on June 19, 2003 by Mr. Robert Bertrand, Member of Parliament for the constituency of Pontiac–Gatineau–Labelle, on behalf of the Minister of Human Resources Development, for the purpose of announcing funding for the Société d’aide au développement de la collectivité Matawinie Inc. to carry out a Youth Employment Strategy project.

                     Sur recommandation de la ministre du Développement des ressources humaines et en vertu de l’alinéa 33(1)c) de la Loi sur le Parlement du Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil autorise le voyage effectué à Sainte-Émélie-de-l’Énergie (Québec), le 19 juin 2003, par monsieur Robert Bertrand, député de la circonscription de Pontiac–Gatineau–Labelle, pour représenter la ministre du Développement des ressources humaines, en vue d’annoncer le versement d’une aide financière à la Société d’aide au développement de la collectivité Matawinie inc. pour la réalisation d’un projet de la Stratégie emploi jeunesse.
