Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Labour, pursuant to paragraph 4(c) and section 8 of the Canadian Centre for Occupational Health and Safety Act, after consultation with organizations representative of workers, appoints Denis St-Jean of Gatineau, Quebec, to be a governor of the Council of the Canadian Centre for Occupational Health and Safety, to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years.

Sur recommandation de la ministre du Travail et en vertu de l’alinéa 4c) et de l’article 8 de la Loi sur le Centre canadien d’hygiène et de sécurité au travail, après consultation avec des organismes représentatifs des travailleurs, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Denis St-Jean, de Gatineau (Québec), conseiller du Conseil du Centre canadien d’hygiène et de sécurité au travail, à titre amovible pour un mandat de trois ans.
