Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Labour, pursuant to paragraph 4(a) and section 7 of the Canadian Centre for Occupational Health and Safety Act, re-appoints Gary Kevin Robertson of Ottawa, Ontario, as Chairman of the Council of the Canadian Centre for Occupational Health and Safety, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of five years, effective December 21, 2017.

Sur recommandation de la ministre du Travail et en vertu de l’alinéa 4a) et de l’article 7 de la Loi sur le Centre canadien d’hygiène et de sécurité au travail, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil renouvelle le mandat de Gary Kevin Robertson, d’Ottawa (Ontario), président du conseil du Centre canadien d’hygiène et de sécurité au travail, à titre inamovible pour une période de cinq ans, à compter du 21 décembre 2017.
