Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to section 105 of the Financial Administration Act, approves the appointment by the Minister of Transport of John Brent Chaffey of Saint David’s, Newfoundland and Labrador, to be a director of the Board of Directors of Marine Atlantic Inc., to hold office during pleasure for a term of four years, in the place of Nick Careen, whose term has expired.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et en vertu de l’article 105 de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve la nomination par le ministre des Transports de John Brent Chaffey, de Saint David’s (Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador), administrateur du conseil d’administration de Marine Atlantique S.C.C., à titre amovible pour un mandat de quatre ans, en remplacement de Nick Careen dont le mandat a pris fin.
