Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to section 105 of the Financial Administration Act, approves the appointment by the Minister of Transport of Gary Joseph O’Brien of Channel-Port aux Basques, Newfoundland and Labrador, to be a director of the Board of Directors of Marine Atlantic Inc., to hold office during pleasure for a term of four years, in the place of Garfield Ian Moffatt, whose term has expired.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et en vertu de l’article 105 de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve la nomination par le ministre des Transports de Gary Joseph O’Brien, de Channel-Port aux Basques (Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador), administrateur du conseil d’administration de Marine Atlantique S.C.C., à titre amovible pour un mandat de quatre ans, en remplacement de Garfield Ian Moffatt dont le mandat a pris fin.
