Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, appoints Karen Matthias as Honorary Consul of Canada at Anchorage, Alaska, United States of America for a period of three years, and fixes her remuneration as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range ($18,000 - $27,000), such appointment to be terminated by either the Minister of Foreign Affairs or Karen Matthias, giving the other party a sixty-day written notice.
